This policy explains how Nura Business Transformation - FZCO ("Nura", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data through www.nuratransform.com. We are based at 14th Floor, Boulevard Plaza Tower 1, Downtown Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

What we collect

When you use our contact or careers forms, we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, and the content of your message. If you apply for a role, we also keep anything you choose to share about your experience.

When you browse the site, our website platform, Squarespace, records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. Analytics and other non-essential cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to discuss a potential engagement or role, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We use site data in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to keep it secure. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

Why we are allowed to use it

We process your data because you have asked us to respond to you, because it is needed to take steps towards a contract you may enter into with us, or because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our website. Where we use cookies that are not strictly necessary, we ask for your consent first.

Who we share it with

Your data is stored with Squarespace, which hosts this website and may process data outside the UAE. We may also share it with our professional advisers, or with authorities where the law requires it. We do not share it with anyone else without your permission.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months after our last contact, and job applications for up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have equivalent rights under the GDPR.
